I just bought the complete first collection of the sims. I used another computer drive to install the files onto my Macbook Air. I dragged the files into applications folder. Problem is, now when I want to play the game. I double click on the cd from the other computer and this message shows up...the path "The Sims Complete.localized: The Sims" contains slash (/), backslash (\), or period (.). Please remove the character from the appropriate folder's name and try again."
What does that mean? |

It doesn't sound like the copy-protection will allow for the disc to be used via remote disc sharing. You'll likely need to pick up an external CD/DVD drive.
Liquid and computers don't mix. It might seem simple, but we see an incredible amount of people post here about spills. Keep drinks and other liquids away from your expensive electronics! |
