Can't delete file in trash

Hi, what free apps can I use to find out why I cant delete this file?

Try Secure Empty Trash, no joy try a reboot and if still no joy download a copy of Onyx. Is there any chance the file is open preventing Trash from emptying?

try holding the option (I think) key down while clicking the trash and choosing empty trash.

sometimes a log out or restart helps also

Try this. I think I found it on here so don't thank me!

Open the Terminal Application (in Utilities folder) and type:

cd ~/.Trash
<hit return>

sudo rm -rf

Put a space after the f and drag the item you want deleted to the terminal so that its path is automatically entered, then press return.

Give it your admin password and hit return.

I still cant get rid of this file "Xerox WorkCentre 4150.plugin". I have tried Onyx restart, shutdown overnight, terminal, but every time I empty trash I get the
"The operation cannot be completed because the item "wiJWXHWMkj7wr" is in use" warning. Can someone Help me Please!
