i just downloaded the "jing" project software (snag it "equivalent" for the mac) to capture video clips that i would like to use in my keynote talks: the problem is that they are captured as a .swf file that of course quicktime does not recognize...i downloaded eltima's swf player, which works only outside keynote...in fact i can't even drag and drop the file into keynote at all...so what is the easiest solution? is there a program that can auto convert the file (i tried firefox's but it failed to work) or which program best to manually convert the file?

thanks!
