You should check out Freeverse. They have a bunch of different Mac games, and a quirky sense of humor. Most of their games are shareware.

Check out Nexuiz! It's not a Mac game per se, but it does have a Mac build. It's the first game I installed on my MacBook, and it is loads of fun! Reminds me of playing Quake III Arena, back before the FPS genre decided that realistic games were better than fun games.
