Im using a HP c5280 all in one printer, and using Mac word for my document. It will not print.
I am trying to use a custom size of 5.5 in and 4.25 in but it keeps telling me that the paper is the wrong size. I've tried to set custom sizes but nothing works. Can anyone help me with this problem please. I am using Mac OS X 10.5.5.
QUOTE Thanks

Try downloading the new Apple version 1.1.1 drivers for Leopard and HP printers. Your model is shown in the 5200 series. It is huge over 400MB so trust you have a fast broadband connection.
