    CD EMULATOR? Which is best for mac?
    my friend has cubase 4.0 and he needs a cd emulator..Which is the best and most easy but also efficent cd/dvd emulator for mac?

    The .dmg format probably will work just fine. You can make them with Disk Utility, or get a 3rd-party utility like FreeDMG or DropDMG.

    Please verify and include the exact model/year of your Mac and OS X version number (available from "About This Mac", then "More Info" on the Apple menu).

    I use Toast Titanium and you can make disc images using Toast or use the ones from Disk Utility and then right click the image and you can choose to Mount it and then it appears on your desktop as a CD
