My dictionary is not available, in word any more, I have tried to add a new one, searched all files etc etc all the standard things but to no avail.
On opening word I get "custom dictionary English dictionary not available" then this is followed by "the custom dictionary microsoft office ACL [English] is not available" Any Ideas ??? |

This can happen if the custom dictionary becomes corrupt. Open the custom dictionary in Word and look it over to see if there are any strange characters or numbers. If there are, edit them out and try again.
How about the built in dictionary, is that still working OK? If not, you may have to reinstall Office 2004. Regards. |
