MacBook Pro - ichat and aim

i am on aim through i chat on my macbook pro
and i want to video chat with my friend but i cant see them i could only hear them
wats wrong?

I had the exact same problem. Could not figure it out, so I tried Skype. It was so easy to use and worked without any problems. Unless you really want AIM, I would go with Skype.
