OS 10.4 - Internet Explorer 5.5

I have OS X 10.4 BUT I need to get Internet Explorer 5.5 or above for a program I use.
Can anyone advise me how to get IE 5.5 or above on a mac

No such application exists or ever has existed.
The last version of IE for OS X was 5.2.3.
Microsoft ceased development and support for IE on Macs years ago.


What program is it that you are using that seems to be so dependent on IE 5.5?
