Apple Preview lost

Hi there. i was was just wondering if anyone knows how to get back apple preview. i accidently deleted it, and did not have a back up and now cannot open photos. i have tried the restore discs but the program is not on there. it has become a big problem. and i am unsure how to get it back thanks

It is on the restore disks

Use a program called pacifists, which lets you see inside the installation packages and get preview back out

ok, i put the restore discs in (2 that apple give you) and installed all the software, but it has not appeared. what is the pacifist software?
