Hello, I am new here,
I am trying to add new clients to my all computer list, when I drag the computers from the scanner into the all computer list,
I see the authentication box, but it disappears faster than I can blink!. It doesn't add these computers to the all computer list.

the question is:How can I get that dialog box back, and be able to enter a username and password?

Thanks in advance. I am new to remote desktop, and trying to figure it all out myself.

I figured it out! I had to remove that computer from the list and use the scanner again, and add it to the all computer list all over again.
