If you didn't finalize the CD (keeping it open for additional writes) it may not play on some portable players or auto players. Try burning another audio CD, finalize it and see if that works.
Regards.

when I ask burn for info on the 'burnt' disc it states that the disc has no space available and is not writable. guess that's good news.
when I ask for info on an individual track it states that it is an AIFF track?
I was trying to burn wav.?

Aiff is the standard for audio cd's. Most older players can't play mpeg or wav.
Try using a different media (what brand of cd are you using?) and/or using a slower burn speed.Any priest or shaman must be presumed guilty until proved innocent.

i'm using Philips 700mb cdrs. not the greatest, but my old clunker of a Dell burned 100s of these. tried burning at the slowest (8x) but still no luck.
any idea of quality cdrs that I could pick up at a store, can't get TY or mitsui local.

Personally I use TDK but if it has been working...
Tried using another app to burn with? Like itunes or Toast?Any priest or shaman must be presumed guilty until proved innocent.
