Resetting Safari will not delete the URL web addresses unless she had that checked off in the reset options. Be sure you remove the check from that option. The other reset options are OK since they involve history, browsing cache, and so forth.
The only way to get those web addresses back is to visit those sites again and save them. You can do that by opening Bookmarks, Show All Bookmarks, and going thru them one at a time.
Regards.

I mean her e-mail addresses, not web addresses.

Not sure I understand? Resetting Safari does not remove email addresses but it does remove "Autofill", and "Saved Names and Passwords". Is that what you're referring to? If so, once removed they're gone. She'll have to re-enter them again.
Regards.
