MacBook Pro - I want To-Do and iCal to keep reminding me until I check it complete

Is it possible? I really don't want to work with widgets, etc... I want to keep it all in iCal. Same for ICal, I'd prefer an event to keep reminding me until I dismiss it.

Possible? Please help.
