Hi,

I've just bought a MacBook and am trying to install Microsoft Office: Mac 2008, but I can't find the product code. I'm quite sure I'm just being an idiot, but after trying all the different codes I could find I decided to post on this forum anyway.

It sais (in Dutch):

'Type your name and the 25 signs from the product code

You can find the code on the back of the packing of Office 2008 for Mac and in the installation guide'

I can't find the code in the installation guide, it just sais: 'you can find the product code on the back sideof the dvd-packing for Mac'. When I look on the back of the packing I find a lot of codes, but not one of them has 25 signs. The ones I find have the following structure (I'll use A for letters and 0 for digits):

1) 00000-000-000-000 (= 14 signs)
2) A00-00000 (= 8 signs)
3) AAA-00000 (= 8 signs)
4) AA000000 (= 8 signs)
5) 0 00000 00000 0 (= 12 signs)
6) 000AA000000A000000 (= 18 signs)

And then there is an article number on another side of the box, A00-00000-00 (10 signs).

I tried combinations of the above as well, but as you can see even two or three of them combined don't make a 25-sign-code.

Anyway, as you can see I'm lost here so I hope I'm just being stupid and someone can help me out.

Thanks in advance Nienke

Nevermind, I didn't look on the back of the dvd packing (but on the box itself). -_- So found it.
