Mac maintenance program

Can anyone suggest a program that defrags the hard drive? Also, a program that can be ran to clean up temp files, url history, etc.? For my windows machine I use CCleaner which works fine but I don't think there's a mac version.

1) Onyx is probably the best, or 2) MainMenu.
