I am looking for an application that can attach or note / sticky to a file, so if I am about to open the file, the note will pop-up or something informing me about something I wanted to remind myself about when I reopened that file at a later time, is there anything like that???

get macjournal and you can place files in it as journal entries with all the attachments you need, whether music, text, qt, photos

thanks, but not what i'm looking for... I remember seeing a program that does what I want, but I can't remember what it is called. I just want to tag the file, so when i try and open it next time it alerts me with prompt or something.... I KNOW I have seen this software..
