Apparently you don't need to have X11 installed - they will still run fine. I especially like Bubbles3D which I've missed since not having used Linux for a while. http://www.jwz.org/xscreensaver/ After mounting the .dmg I would check out the screenshots from the above link to see which ones you'd like to install, then double click on the relevant file in Finder.
