iTunes and iPhone problem

I recently accidently deleted all of the music on my computer however alot of my favourite tunes are on my iphone which means that if i can find a way of putting the music from my iphone to itunes with out erasing all of the music from my iphone the problem is solved. However itunes wont let me do this because the itunes library has been deleted and therefore doesnt recognise my iphone as being from that computer which means to try and do anything with the iphone itunes says that it is going to erase it.
Can anyone help me?

Does this work? I don't think Sentui does with iPhones you see.
