Power Mac - computer hung when attached file in Safari...?

hello:

i got a very wired problem recently when i use Safari to check my exchange webmail. my whole Mac will hung up when i tried to attach a file. But everything works fine when i just send out a plain email.

anyone has any suggestion to solve my issue?
