firefox 3 scroll bar color issue

When I have a firefox 3 window not at the front the scroll bars stay blue instead of going white, is there any add-on that fixes this issue? thanks

Remember, Firefox 3 is still in beta. Be sure to report the bug (I can replicate it on mine as well).
