Is Mac Office a complete conversion. I heard it isn't as feature complete?

If by complete you mean Access and Outlook, No. It had Entourage in place of Outlook.

NeoOffice does everything and like was said, is free. There is iWork also for $79 that will do pretty much everything Word, Excel and Power Point will do. I would try NeoOffice first though and see if it suites you since it's free. It's just like Open Office but more OSX compatible.
