MacBook - Quicktime in Safari and Firefox

Everytime I try and view a video on the apple site through safari and or firefox the videos don't play. Am I missing a plug in or something? I am running the apple site in safari and it wont play!!! I have quicktime pro if that matters....

Any input would be great. Thanks.
