It will run most of Final Cut Studio without a problem. It's when you try to use Motion that you run into a problem with the integrated graphics not being up to par.

which Final Cut?
Pro
Express

Pro costs a bunch
Express is much much more affordable

Motion is an application (forget what it does, probably some digital vid compositions?) part of the Final Cut Pro Bundle

I guess the express version. I would like to make videos for my church and son's baseball games.
