Entourage Forwarding E-mails without permission

Hi,
A number of e-mails were forwarded from my inbox ( approx 16) to one specific e-mail address without me being there an doing it. Can anyone help explain how this might have happened and what I can do to prevent it?
Any help would be appreciated.
