MacBook - firefox freezing , adobe flash player script running slowly??? help pls..

hey i get this frequently, a lot of sites freeze when loading, and have the spinning wheel, and then this comes up:

please help, what can i do. i'm on a macbook intel, and it happens in firefox as you can see...

well i dont have exactly the same problem as you, but i often have problems with Firefox freezing (icons on the top- cant exit). i have to quit the program using activity monitor...
firefox does have a few problems in the latest update... my advice is to wait for the next update.
