For some reason, my iTunes isn't working correctly. There is a 'Store' heading but there is nothing underneath it. I also noticed that there is no Party shuffle mode in the Playlist section either. What's going on?

iTunes - Preferences - General tab

Put a check next to: Show: Party Shuffle
Put a check next to: Show links to the iTunes store

Thanks, I solved the Party Shuffle issue but I can't select 'Show links to the iTunes store'. It's grayed out.

EDIT: Nevermind, it was somehow blocked by the parental settings. Thanks!
