problem with vmware fusion (windows xp)

one of my friends have a macbook and i had installed vmware fusion with windows xp to her, se got this virus on the windows part that i cant start up in failsafe
it crashes loading the windows part.

i have a picture of what is says.

that thing i only want to is to start up in failsafe to get a lot important pictures.
plz help me to get a solution to fix this.

Not sure if you can even get to the tool bar, but if you can, go to Virtual Machines and click on Revert to a Snapshot....

This is 100% speculation on my part, but I can not think of anything else. Try VMWare's website as well... Good luck!
