Standard toolbar in Dreamweaver

I was wondering if anyone has the same problem as I'm having with Dreamweaver CS3 , I'm using Leopard. I want the standard toolbar to open everytime when I open a file. I select it, it does open but when I close DW and I open it again the standard toolbar is gone. This doesn't happen on my windows Xp where the standard toolbar opens everytime is this a bug??? |
