remote MBP from PC.

Hey..

i had search a bit for remote desktop on my mac ..
but i did only find software for mac to controle a pc with remote desktop.
but is it possible to remote the mac from the windows???

ex.
at my work we use windows 2000, and i have Remote Desktop Connection.

as i can see i need to install tightVNC at my work.. and i can't do that.
