How can I re-install Keychain Access?

I seem to have deleted "Keychain Access" when I first got my mac because it is no longer in the Applications/Utilites folder, and now I get errors with Keychain when using passwords within Mac programs. How can I reinstall/download Keychain without re-installing Mac OS X 4.1 ?
