Address Book export

Hey all, maybe a simple question. I want to add in a number of people to my Address Book (logical place to keep them, as it is) however I also want to be able to use them in Mail Merge in Word. However it looks like Word wants them in an Excel file (or at least a CSV file). Is there an app out there that will do that export from Address Book to CSV for me?
