Motion 2 - How to draw/sketch logos, etc

So I've been trying to figure out how to make an animated sketch or drawing in motion, I've been using the "Bezier" tool under "Create", but I'm not sure how to get the motion and timing to work.

For an example of what I mean, here is a video, two logos will appear halfway through the video, a Salomon and Moment skis logo, they are drawn in motion, and I just need to know how to replicate that.

ok, spoke to a friend, he said to use Add behaviour, then shape, then write on, but i dont have "shape" in my add behaviour, how can i find this???
