Entourage 2004 move files from local to exchange

I have a computer that has a calander and contacts on the local entourage profile. I would like to move them to an exchange profile in entourage on the same computer. Does anyone know how to do this.

I try to export it and then reimport it, however when I import it there isn't an option to import into exchange profile, it would just import into the local profile.

For contacts: just selec them and drag and drop them onto exchange profile contacts ...
I guess celendar entries can be moved same way ...
EDIT: this work in entourage 2008, dont know for 2004 ...
