Help - Just Did Something VERY Stupid
Hi All, I have just done something VERY stupid - I inadvertently deleted my ENTIRE Thunderbird email folder hierarchy and then reflexively emptied the trash. Only as that was happening did I realize that I had deleted the wrong files.

Happily, I had just done a backup this morning, so I have only lost a few emails but nonetheless, it is really annoying. I sent out a number of them this AM and would like to recover them if possible.

Does anyone know of any freeware or inexpensive shareware that might be able to recover deleted files on a Mac?

    Thanks, stupidly yours, mac57!

mac there is quite a lot on Apple Discussions about deleted mail and gnerally the news is not good. Why not go to Thunderbird's website and forums and see if any suggestions are posted there?

For starters have a look at this link:-
