Hi all,

I am been trying for a few days to create a spreadsheet in the apple program "Numbers" from iwork. I have two questions,

1. How do i make the top most row stay put so it does not disappear when i scroll down. I have the titles of the columns and i don't want it to disappear when i scroll down.

2. Does anyone know of a "iworks" and/or "numbers" friendly site that i can browse and learn from?

I tried to search on apple.com under support but i am unable to find what i am looking for. Probably because i am unsure what i want to do is specifically called something. I looked under pinning rows and anything else i can think of for what i want.

Any help would be awesome.

Thank you,

Jason
