need help with folder actions

hello all.. i created a folder action to move file extension type from download folder to another folder in documents.
then i created another folder action for the download folder but with a different extension name to be moved to another folder but some how both file extensions ends up in the same folder which is the first one created. no matter what i do its still happening. i disabled it from the folder actions menu, deleted it from libary scripts and libary workflows and its still happening. any advice is highly appreciated. thank you in advance.
