Carbon Need For Speed, doesn't recognize my dvd rom

I have a 20" Aluminum Mac with 2.4C2D, 4g ram, Mat****a uj 85j (superdrive )
I just received it (Brand New and Sealed) from Amazon today and I installed the 5.11 g ok. When I started it up asks for my Key which I entered, and then it says please insert correct dvd and start over(there's only 1 dvd)!! What's going on??
