OS 10.4 - Safari certificate problem

Hello,

Safari seems to have a problem with certificates from most websites. I have been selecting "always trust this website" and continuing, but the preoblem persists. When it does go to the website, it only gives me a version without proper pictures (see attached photos).

Any ideas what to do?
