Front Row Doesn't Show All Pictures

Not sure if this is a total oversight on my part or if there is actually something wrong...
When I open Front Row and go to pictures, it will let me choose from 5 or six different options - Recently imported, last 18 months, and so on. Not all of my pictures show up in here though. I have lots and lots of folders that contain pics and Front Row will only show me a snippet of those folders. All my pics are in iPhoto, but they don't seem to come across to Front Row very well.
Am I doing something wrong?
