That is my only complaint about Safari is that you can do tabs. Overall my favorite.

I don't see what there is to complain about it being able to do tabs...

Turn tabbing off and you won't have to worry about it at all.

FWIW, the blogger on that page says Firefox crashes a lot. But my 2.0.0.2 installation in a G4 doesn't, and I'm running 18 extensions (and the default theme).

Dex is an unknown at this point
Mac Specs: G4 14" iBook, 1.33 gHZ, 60 gig HDD, 1 gig ram, combo drive, OSX 10.4.8
i never liked the feel of firefox on OSX. i really enjoyed it using windows.

i really liked the idea and the execution of shiira. i loved it from the second i'd use it. i found it really bogged down my G4 though. after about a day of use, my computer was unbearably slow. i reset my computer and the same thing happened. the browser ran great, but about a day later, my computer was unbearably slow.

i switched back to safari. safari doesn't have the intuitive feel that shiira has, but it doesn't bog down my computer. i'd be interested to hear feedback from other shiira users on faster computers.

I might try Camino or the SunriseBrowser.

Though. Safari with CoolIris and Saft installed.... hard to beat that.
I downloaded CoolIris today its awesome. I've not put it on my Mac yet.

Cool

Is anyone aware of which browser (safari vs. firefox) runs more efficiently? i thought i read somewhere that firefox was alot leaner as far as resources that it required
