Exclamation Good Free Ftp Client?

Anyone know of a good free FTP client for osx? I just purchased my mac and am not familiar with the software thats available.

I know with windows they have a bunch of really good FTP clients (eg smartftp)

I am looking for a real good free FTP or a decent paid FTP if its worth it.

Any suggestions would be great. I tried transmit , but it already crashed twice when editing files.

Thanks for your time.
