Rosetta and Photoshop Elements 2.0

I've recently been having problems running Photoshop Elements 2.0 on my MacBook. It had been working correctly, but now it just isn't. I kind of suspect it could have something to do with my scanner, as that's the only thing I've changed recently, but I did a fresh install and it still didn't launch correctly. Attached is the crash report.
