I found this app reading engadget.com just now, it's called syncotunes.

I've used the program, and it's filled, unfortunately with many bugs. As well, once, (The ONLY time this ever happened) it froze[not unexpectedly quit] and instantly brought the system down with it.

Stay away: Crapware
