Enhancement to the MoTM program

As a way to say thank you to our Members of the Month (MoTM), all new members of the month will receive a 1-year subscription to the Premium Member program.

MoTMs are the backbone of our community, recognized by their peers, and this is just one way that we at Mac-Forums can show our appreciation.

The perk is for new MoTMs and also given retroactively to MoTMs over the last 12 months since they're not eligible to be nominated yet.
