In my Album view in iTunes, i have a lot of blanked out albums, I have tried to get the album covers, but it requires me to ahve an itunes account. And some of the songs i have on here are ones i have me too, from my own CDs. Is there a way that i can make an album cover, and insert it in?

Sure. (I'm away from my Mac, so these are approximate directions. They should be close enough to get you there however.)

Go to your "album" in iTunes. Choose the first song, and enter command i for information. Go to the artwork tab. Drag and drop a graphic into the open area, and that should become your album art.

And.. just to add onto this, if you select the entire album (so, every song included), and then drag the Album Art, it will add it to all of them and you won't have to spend as much time.

Amazon is a good place to find Album Artwork. There's even a widget called Amazon Art that is specifically made to find the Album Art and then place it in your iTunes for you.
