enhanced podcast chapter titles

this has been driving me mental for about two days. i'm creating enhanced podcasts in garageband, dragging in tiffs, doing the audio in soundtrack pro,
doing all the chapters and url links in garageband.

i do the chapter titles in garageband too. when i export it to itunes, the chapters and chapter titles are there ... if i drag the file into quicktime and play it there, the chapters and chapter titles are all there.

when sync it into my ipod, the chapter breaks are there, but no chapter titles.

i have other enhanced podcasts on my ipod that DO show the chapter titles when i play the file back on my video ipod.
i'm desperate: i have some podcasts due under deadline, and the client wants these chapter titles to readable on ipods. help ...
