Where is your podcast? If you can provide the URL that will be a start.
If you're simply putting an MP3 on your myspace page, that's not truly a "podcast." You'll need to either formulate the RSS feed (tutorial here) or you can take an easier route and host your podcast at a site like Libsyn who will create the RSS feed and a blog page for you.
