Question about synching media to android from mac

So in febuary I am about to switch to android most likely be getting lg g2 or htc one and I want to know what is the best way to sync media to them from my mac? I have a bunch of albums on my itunes I want to transfer over also some movies/tv shows. Any ideas?

Samsung Galaxy s4 4.4.2, Mac mini late 2012.

You will need a desktop sync software dedicated to those phones. Have a look at there websites for apps or via there forum for syncing. There are a few paid for types for mobile syncing. Your movies would need conversion to mp4 I would look at the app stores on the mac.

If the developer of your phone doesn't have software (or if it's terrible), you can try the official Android File Transfer app.

Video and audio support will depend on whether or not your phone has added support for non-standard formats. Regardless, here's the list of supported audio/video formats for Android.

Best I've found for audio is Rocket Player Premium and their iSyncr app - link.

Haven't synced any movies - have a boatload in Vudu and Amazon that can be downloaded/streamed directly.
