GarageBand Error Picture Attached What does this mean?

Mac Specs: 250 HDD, 2 GHz Intel, C2D, 1GB RAM

needlewithaprun is offline
No matter how much I save this project, each time I open the file in GarageBand I get this error message "Audio file 'No Effects#04.aif' not found" and random sections are missing. Could someone tell me what the heck is going on? This happens repeatedly.
